Making the decision to transition away from my normal lifting and cardio routines to Live Physical was not an easy one. Skepticism would be a word to describe my initial stance. I am in the latter part of my professional career and balancing family, parental care and personal commitments created time pressures. The unintended outcome of life lead to an inconsistent approach to working out. He worked with the training equipment I had at home which was limited to resistance bands and some dumbbells.


My program was and is excellent. He built up my confidence. I built up my strength to switch to heavier weights and Lochlan adapted my program based on my observations, any pain or changes to goals.
